Oil pulling (in the mouth) will not have any significant impact on your body as a whole.

For whole body detoxification oil was used for the whole body.

It was administered in a series treatments called Panchakarma that could last up to weeks of daily application.

It would be applied topically through massage. It would be ingested (like with ghee). It would also be administered anally (but much more deeply than an enema/colonic in terms of approach/purpose). It would also be poured on the body in different ways.

There would also be the process of eliminating those oils absorbed by the body as well, which is an important step.

I know the benefits of such treatments because I've received them and also use to administer them as a technician.

This should give you the idea of not to expect too much benefit simply by using oil in your mouth, when as you can see, in order to benefit the whole body it does need a more comprehensive use of oil for the act of 'pulling' toxins out from ones body.
