Santa Barbara, California, considered one of the main tourist attractions in the nation, now looks like a ghost-town.

Stearns Wharf used to be packed with tourists, as well as restaurants and bars. An occasional cruise ship would come into port and dock for a day, while it's passengers would walk along State Street, (main street), or seek out a 'wine touring' company.

It is hoped that things can get back to 'what's called normal'....the economist say otherwise. At least '2 years' or more.
