I haven't seen this particular study documentation but will hazard a very good guess as to how and or why it failed to help with CV19 ... and on purpose obviously.
They used ONLY hydroxyChloroquine ... unless you use it WITH Zinc it will more often than not fail to do it's job ... because most people are Zinc deficient. The Zinc is the bullets for the gun, the gun being HydroxyChloroquine ... this drug is the transport mechanism which delivers the zinc into the cells where it stops virus replication in it's tracks.
SO again, in the study they probably left out the bullets part ( the Zinc ) ... the other thing this particular treatment should include is the Azithromyicin antibiotic to deal with co-infections.
I think most of us aware people who have looked into this treatment online from Docs around the world who have successfully treated patients with it KNOW how this approach is supposed to work ... The gun needs bullets !
