He can cancel leave, he can eliminate transexuals, he can call up the "reserve" at ANY TIME he so desires.
I have been "called up" over 15 times in my military service career though my original deployment was only from 1978-1982. The rest was "reserve", and yet I was called up for Bosnia, Iraq, Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, Eretria, Yemen, Iraq and Libya.
They would call me now if I wasn't almost 60 because I can read and speak Arabic.
