I don't recall saying you were warned previously, but "No ad hominem attacks" is one of the things you agreed to on becoming an Agent. It's a key item in the Agent application.

And it has nothing to do with whether one "drew first blood". The point of the rule is not to draw blood at all, so that RMN, which is basically an alternative news source and/or aggregator, doesn't devolve into a chatroom marked by trolling and flame wars.

Quoting from Zapper's "Reminder" post on Monday:
