Democrats have never worried about the Black male vote because the democrats used the fraudulent Cannabis prohibition to continue their racketeering in slavery by incarcerating Black males at an astonishing rate when compared to all other groups.

The Southern democrats practiced CONVICT LEASING; slavery by another name.

They used the "Refer Madness" movie to instill fear in the population over something no one in America was familiar with, the Spanish name for Cannabis, Marijuana. 85% of Americans had cannabis in their bathroom medicine cabinets but no one knew what Marijuana was.

They were so afraid of its affects that there was very little debate on the Marijuana Tax Act, even though the American Medical Association of 1936 sent a letter to Congress begging them not to pass the legislation.

All most all will be southern democrats and all most all will have connections to Big Pharma,

Prior to the Marijuana Tax Act Big Pharma was a tiny portion of our economy. Now it is a significant part of our economy. They must obtain control over Cannabis because it replaces more than 221 of their pills which would wipe them out.

By incarcerating Black males it made them INELIGIBLE to vote in many places. That's why the democrats never worried about the Black male vote.
