Actually its not considered 'capital gains' its just considered regular income.

To get Capital Gains you have to make $200,000+

Anything else is just regular income.

Everyone can legally tell the IRS and the FED to go F themselves.

They know the end is very near for them, and its as simple as not playing their game.

Remember no corporation can tell you what to do unless your part of that corporation as property or employee, unpaid or not.

These are spineless cowards, take everything they say with a mountain of salt and tell them if they come knocking to F off, and they will.
