YES! Is the response to all your questions.

I recognized years ago that only parties to the Contract Constitutions had any right or claim on the powers or limit on powers expressed in the Written Documents, beginning July 4, 1776.

The contract holders positions then become the principal to the contracts as Grantor, Bailor, Beneficiary and Depositing Creditor.

Only one position remains, that of the Debtors.

Thus, I annexed my signature to the contracts via alonge, filed as proof of contract in my birth county.

I then cleared out the Pope et. al. along with all franchised subjects or associates. The Pope reacted in a Motu Proprio in 2013. The franchiser of the BAR, the good Queen was severed in 2018 and Trump assumed position of Trustee over the res, my Political Will.

This is why you see many of our pieces applying Letter of Wishes to Trustee.
