Pelosi is playing a game of semantics. The term, "vote to acquit" President Trump is incorrect because no trial has taken place. There were no witnesses or evidence presented. To do so would start a sh*t fight right on the Senate floor.

These terms the Dems are using is nothing more than a legal hail Mary. They are trying to set the ground rules by calling this a trial when they clearly know it isn't... as pretext, under color of law, to say President Trump is still under impeachment inquiry.

What the Senate will be voting on Wednesday is simply the dismissal of the articles of impeachment based upon a lack of probable cause for impeachment.

Unfortunately, the House Dems will then say the Senate failed to hear the case, thus President Trump is still under impeachment inquiry. It is all just legal posturing in order to keep the inquiry going indefinitely.

At some point the patriots have to take the gloves off and get down to business or we will remain in a stalemate without a reset of both the political and financial realms.

What is very disturbing to me is Lindsay Graham making the public comment, "my friend", when referring to Joe Bidon. This raises the question, "How can the friend of my enemy be my friend?"

As we come down to the wire, there is allot of shuffling going on. It seems that Lindsay isn't sure what side he is on. Which is like saying, he doesn't know how this is going to go down. At least, that's my take.

The truth will eventually incriminate the whole political establishment because they have all agreed to operate outside of the true Republic and it's common law. Instead, they have all participated in operating through proxy service corporations, which itself is an act of treason against the true Republic and it's original Constitution.

There is only one winnable scenario in my opinion. Trump and the patriots can not win playing by the rules of the corrupt service Corporations. They must first bring in the true Republic (via US Corp bankruptcy) and operate under common law interpretation and go after those committing aggravated treason against true due process and the true Republic.

Until that happens... nothing will happen in my opinion.
