This reader has no clue about astronomy/astrology.

The 'ages' is related to procession of the equinoxes. And this is calculated by marking the time of the year in which mathematically the earths' rotation pole sits at a tangent to the ecliptic path of the earth around the sun; Being perpendicular(the rotational pole) to a line drawn between the earth and suns center.

This marks the first day of spring every year. However, because the slow 'wobble' of the earths rotational pole relative to the ecliptic, when the first day of spring happens each year is different. By that, it means the new spring year forms in the same way each year and is how we base our contemporary calendars on, but because of the 'wobble', what constellation (the one we could see if the sun was not so bright) lines up with the line from earth to sun changes.

So we have two basic zodiacs that differ from each other - the Tropical (mathematical line up each spring), and the Sidereal zodiac - being the actual physical constellations we see in the sky.

Now the reader was referencing to Nadir and 'apex', which the proper term for 'apex' being the Zenith. The determination of the ages has nothing to do with the Zenith or the Nadir - which is the big clue that the reader doesn't know what they are talking about.

That is because the Zenith/Nadir is directly above (highest) and directly below (lowest) position in the sky at ANY giving moment to ANY given position the observer stands. And because the earth is always rotating - what sign is 'aligned' to that changes about every 2 hours throughout the day, is different for each person standing about every 2 hours either east/west from other observers.

What it also means is that the specific time of the day of the year when spring first starts, will have a different Zenith or Nadir for each different person for each different position on the planet - BECAUSE, zenith/nadir has nothing to do with the 'ages'.

Also, many in the astrological community make the false assumption that the zodiac sign of Aquarius is ascribed as the golden age. Well if the age of Aquarius (approximately the next 2200 years) does turn out to be golden, it's not because of the archetype of Aquarius per se.

All zodiac signs can be equally positive or negative - and equally spiritual or materialistic. No zodiac archetype is inherently different in those regards - they are only different in the manner in which these things get expressed.

As an example, the age of Aquarius being an air sign and fixed and ruled by Saturn, together produces a society that places logic and reasoning at the forefront, which is why we are having the growth of science in our society.

Whether we go positive or negative is another matter of both collective choices and other influences not directly 'related' to the ages of the zodiac.
