of Congress Assembled listed below.
While we agree with your first filing to the Impeachment Trial in the
Senate, we know that politics rule over the public duties to simply
follow the law. Particularly the Bill of Rights in context of the
illegal acts perpetrated against candidate Trump, President Elect Trump
and President Trump.
Where are the real lawyers vigorously prosecuting the known and fully
identified wrongdoers on behalf of their client, the Office of
President, the President and most important the Rule of Law?
The current public records and other public information available to
every American expose fully that Mr. Trump and President Trump has very
good cause to act both civilly and through criminal complaints against
the known wrongdoers.
Why is the true power and authority of the law not being brought forth
on behalf of our People, country and our President?
In our opinion, as with most other Americans, the politicization,
polarization, and sheer ignorance regarding the rights of every American
are the true issues at Trial in the Impeachment farce.
Being that you each represent our President means you not only represent
the President you represent all the Americans who place trust and
confidence in the Peoples Office of President. What this really means is
you all are public servants.
The logic here is not escapable.
The President serves the People and our country. You all serve the
President. Thus, the public servants contract and pay check bind all of
you to fidelity, guarantor and surety positions to the People as the
source and authority for all of the federal government.
Now, what are you going to do?
Gentlemen this is what a real set looks like.
Follow our lead, show some true leadership.
You each are required under your BAR duties and responsibilities to
inform the President of this official record as your client, because of
now having knowledge of relevant material facts and law affecting the
Impeachment Trial.

The Country and the Rule of Law founding our great nation is on trial in the Senate. Our President, Donald John Trump is merely in the way. The principles, facts, and law exposing the Rebellion are available now.

Who is going to argue with that Executive finding? Which public servant acting in Trial mode is going to deny the oath they each signed onto for being authorized to operate an Impeachment Trial? How many Trial parties are willing to brand themselves as political hacks operating as OUTLAWS ignoring their own promise while getting pay checks for being honest public servants? Oh, please, please let the Swamp dwellers identify themselves at Trial where the record of every statement, act or omission is certified as official admission and confession. Please, oh please, let the Divided Loyalty Swamp dwellers create the undeniable, full faith and credit, public records of their acts!

The Impeachment Trial is much much more than a Trial involving Executive Branch acts or omissions only.

The whole of the federal operating structure of government is on Trial before the highest court in the land or the world. The Court of Public Opinion is now in full session. The good People are the ultimate jury. This fits with the foundational documents which identify the People as the original and exclusive source of authority or power over all governments operating in the United State of America.

The First Gift is the forum, the podium, the Defendants platform to speak your record with no interference allowed from any position. The Defendants are Donald Trump the man, Donald Trump the President, the Office of President.

F. All Trials of any nature or kind processed by any part of the United States government are absolutely bound to recognize, respect and proceed in accord with the Bill of Rights in order to be considered official acts in compliance with the Rule of Law.

F. The first thing to be decided by this Constitutional Tribunal is whether Donald John Trump the man, the Office of President of the United States of America, and Donald Trump sitting as the President will be allowed to defend my self and defend our County, defend our government and prosecute the Peoples Law.

G. In the event that the President of the United States is not allowed a full fair trial, the prosecuting of a full defense against the fatally defective procedures exposed by Congressional records constructing the Impeachment Charges, at Trial here and now, the Senate Legislative Chamber, and Trial manager, Supreme Justice Roberts of the Judicial Branch will be abandoning their respective offices, causing a Constitutional Crises of epic proportions.
