Whoa Nelly !! Where's this Paul coming from with talk of level 0 souls? The truth is, only old souls are allowed to be born now. And it's been that way for a while. Earth used to be a big classroom for baby souls, which is why it was such an insane asylum, with not to many mature or old souls to balance matters out. You could say that it still is an insane asylum, but the Creator never judges and no soul is ever recycled. We are One and we all get to go Home, into 5D together. People deemed narcissistic or psychopathic will simply have their brains re-wired, but the Supreme Creator wants Its children to come Home. We're in the Upper 4D now, in a holding pattern, you could say. Only God knows when we'll get the final green light, or should I say Light. And I can't wait.
