A deeper reading of this conclusion illustrates the problem. These people are not waking up, they are fleeing to a sanctuary states for better benefits. They are trying to keep what they have without making any actual effort to keep what they have. This is no different than the motives of foreign nationals flooding into this nation.

If these intrastate migrants won't make effort to possess, which is the root of property law, in their own state then they certainly won't add any substance of character to whatever state invade. They will weaken that state.

If these intrastate migrants had been brought to America as early settlers they would have died on the way over.

You just have to draw a line somewhere.
