Thank you for your comments on the 10 Things post.
You all have seen some of works lately. There is a whole freaking herd more that is done, to a lot of the characters world wide, that are causing perturbations of one sort or another. When I get 8 out of 10 COINCIDENCES in reaction, I believe that’s a fair indicator. MSM is not quite a waste.

I refuse the premise that civil war, oxymoron if ever there was one, is inevitable or even likely.

The point is the law controls. Always has always will.
Those selling this dooms day stuff are merely supporting the crooks agenda.
The bait and switch is that the law doesn’t work so stay away, verses, we the crooks own the application of law through our minions.
So, you are screwed either way. Now go away and be a happy slave or else.

The key element is understanding what law is at its most fundamental level.

In my world it’s real simple.

BACKGROUND
When the law works as designed it resolves most issues brought to it in good faith.
What that means in real life is we don’t need dooms day if we have a law system that works.
So, these dooms day sales men are operating from the position that dooms day is the only option.
Having studied history for better than 50 years, the common elements of “ these times” and other times is quite illuminating in its simplicity.
Societies and cultures all follow basic patterns. Go figure. They are all management systems for man-kind and how we deal with each other, individually and systemically.
The system becomes corrupted. The crooks own the commerce and the law. Think private Federal Reserve Property doing service as what is supposed to be the peoples money, and it’s protection racket the lawyers guilds operating their private law system.
The problems in the society become so confused the factions go to war with each other.
There is no where to take the problems for resolution because the law system is broken.
The law system is broken for two reasons. First crooked administration. Second the people in the society do trust of believe the law is available.
Enter the current dooms day salesmen feeding the confusions.
Then the EXPLOSION.
The true triggers for the collapse are rarely exposed. Enter the systemites of reputation telling us what happened, usually by creation of some illusion blaming scape goats.
The society is in survival mode.
Every one is scared, miserable and depressed and pessimistic.
The next step is recreating stability in the society. This is required as part of human nature to survive and do better now for tomorrow.
Wait a minute! Isn’t that what happened at the beginning of the bunch that just blew up? Some stability was inserted into the society.
Ah Ha. We now have the moment!
Stability in any society or culture is based on the law being trusted and respected which means conflicts get resolved and the confusions are lessened or disappear.
So, the culture grows, expands, creates wealth. People become happy and complacent and lazy.
The crooks move in and get stronger to the point they destroy their golden goose again.
The cycles continue today, and those that feed from them are very clever at selling illusions that feed them.

FUNDAMENTALS
In my world our team seeks to break everything down to the barest of basics.
This is because the basics do not change. The only thing that changes is what people do with the basics.
Only two choices really. Honor and respect them. Or, pay the price for not doing so.

ROOT LAW
There is a Creator. Hard to argue with unless you have proof you created your self or some other man or whatever created this whole planet and all life forms on it.
Seems kind of arrogant to me for the created to attempt to define the Creator.
It is or it ain’t seems to apply.
As the created, by recognition that I AM the created, opens a factory direct dialogue with creation it self.
The first law seems to be the controlling one. Treat all life forms the way you want to be treated.
The first rule seemed to be simple as well. Shut the f_ _ _ up and listen to the creation.
In my world, any one tells me they speak for the BOSS is a flashing red light.
Conversely those that say they listen to the BOSS or have dialogue there, I tend to listen carefully.

Mans law is based on Creations first law.
Second, because we are mere men and we screw up we need a system to keep us straight. Thus we have the remedial procedures to attempt to make things right.
All our law systems are remedial. All our man created law systems share the same dynamics.

All mans law systems are based on the same fundamentals.
1. All law is contract, private between the parties, deals with property and property rights.
2. First the principles. Second, the facts. Third, the law. Fourth, the procedure applying the law.
Identify these elements in any context of the current confusions and you will be able to see through the illusions and find clarity.

July 3, 1776 there were two classes of people on the planet. The King, Royal, Popes, masters and the subjects or chattel property
The Kings or Popes ECT. employed minions, a higher class of subjects to create law to control other subjects.
The Kings subjects creations, laws, are the Kings property just like the subject them selves. This special class of subjects just got a few more privileges from the King.
July 4, 1776, the American Freeman was birthed.
What that means at its most simplistic terms is that We the People could creat our own law systems to serve our needs rather than some Kings.
We did. We created the most potent engines for freedom, commerce, justice ever seen in mans history.

NOW THE REAL POINT
We the People created the law and service systems to it for our benefit.
When we run away from our law for what ever reason our society collapses.
Not using what we have available in the form of the law to control our public servants in the present, we doom our future.

Those of the “BUT THEY” crowd selling the illusion that our law does not exists and even if it did we can’t have access it, have doomed themselves and are inviting the rest of us to join them.

Running and hiding from a problem never solved any thing.

So why not take a chance on your self and apply the law?
