Look into Dr. Gundfry, he is one of the leading digestive health doctors out there.

Soy is especially toxic. The 'Protein' they always talk about from soy is a lectin. In Canada they try to hide it by spelling it lechtin. Highly toxic and creates hyphae and such in the intestinal tract which stops the minerals etc. causes alot of disorders.
