In the event construction or interpretation of the People’s contracts is required only those of Grantor, Bailor, Beneficiary and Depositing Creditor standing hold Property rights sufficient to issue instructions.

If one is not a direct party to the contract no rights in the contract are possible.

Any one believing they have rights under governments defined themselves as subjects to government, abandoning the position of object of government ment to be served.
