D.A. Disputes Cop Version of Fatal Shooting of Unarmed 21 Yr Old Woman - Reportedly Issues Statement of Not Justified

This case is similar to a couple of others in the recent past. An officer who could not traffic stop a young motorist fired his weapon through the vehicle and killed the motorist. Motorist reported to have no drugs in her system and was unarmed. More of your 'heroes' gunning down unarmed Americans.

The District Attorney mentioned in this article disputed several things in the shooter-cop's version of this incident indicating he does not believe it was a justified killing. In August 2013 the D.A. reportedly issued such a statement of not justified.

A few years ago an Ahwatukee Hills, Az. wife and mom was also fatally gunned down by a cop for trying to leave the Walgreen's Drug Store scene, etc..

Even more recently a woman motorist on her way to work at a law office in Ft. Worth Dallas area was fatally shot for not stopping for a cop and a lawyer said it was an over-reaction, not justified on the part of the cop.

More recently, Patricia Cook, a Virginia woman was also murdered in plain broad daylight while attempting to avoid a stop - cop fired volley of shots through her suv - woman apparently unarmed. Her husband died within a year or so afterwards.

People are genuinely afraid of being killed by cops who may decide to just shoot them and claim self defense.
