I would appreciate an explanation from some multi dimensional being if they ever make it to 2D.

Or, how is it different in principle from we humans, if we could, (or maybe be do?) going from 3D to 2D.

I have not seen that addressed. Have you?

A dimension, as I understand it, is an order, or motion, of space, with the experience of time being the next higher order of motion.

Maybe it is not the case, but the order of dimensions to an observer begins with the duration of a point, which becomes a line which becomes a plane which becomes a solid which is in the process of becoming a so called hyperdimensional something or the other, which we ordinary observers refer to as time.

And, if that is the case, try to imagine how a genuine 4D or 5D observer could really join us for an interview.
