So I took Benedryl to help with sleeping (you most likely know how that can be with Lyme) it is something that is hard to do no matter what you do.

I also took SAMe' an amino acid out of the chain. It is good to help clean the liver, and also helps with depression which can at times be beyond severe with Lyme/Morgellons ect.

I kept saying something is wrong and even my tests showed high degree of sulfur, off the charts. I kept saying this stuff is not leaving my body and yet, the science to date had said that was impossible but I wasn't the only one with the issue. There were others and some were connecting the hydrogen sulfide to chronic fatigue.

After moving back to Utah and getting my water just right among other things, I still had extreme darkening on my body. Scrub, Scrub, Scrub, wipe, wipe, wipe and this grungy stuff is still coming off me since 2008; that is 10 years folks. Lots of cotton balls.

I quit taking the SAMe' first because I felt I didn't need it as much here because there wasn't any pesticide problems. Couple folks still doing that but not many around here. Started noticing my skin was getting better (hadn't made that connection though.

Recently, I had began to wonder if the slowing down that occurs with Benedryl could cause this sluggy stuff to stay and not move on out. Guess I was right there as well and I quit using it a week and a half ago. Starting to look like me, do hope I can continue on the line of treatment I'm on with the docs and know I can with the home stuff. I'm going to get me back and this is the weird part.

Remember when I used to write a lot about time travel, suspended animation? Hydrogen sulfide could very well be used for that some day as it places you into a suspended state. What happens is when it comes out of you; you've been contained where you began. Some light I suppose, Can't wait to see the full results as it seems to be happening quite quickly!
