Again, God is demonstrating to the world that nothing changes with either Him, nor the mind of man. As it has always been, man flees from any who would inhibit their freedom. It's how nations have always been born. All mankind is created by God, who planted within their soul, the desire for freedom above all else. But He Himself also demonstrated that human flesh man can obtain it only by love.

Matt 22:37-40
37 And He said to him,"' You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.'
38 "This is the great and foremost commandment.
39 "The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'
40 "On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets."

I Jn 4:8
8 The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

I Jn 4:16
16 And we have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.
