Update to Dorian report:

Why do I think Dorian is being manipulated now? Because the south part of the eyewall has maximum sustained winds of 12.5 miles an hour, and the North East side has maximum sustained winds of 49.5 miles an hour. Prior to it fading out, when it was totally natural, it had fairly uniform winds around the entire eyewall, which is what would happen if it was being evenly fed bottom up from the ocean.

It started dying, and suddenly ONE part of the eyewall went back up to tropical storm strength, while the southern portion continued to fade all the way down to 12.5 mph. It did not hit land or anything, the entire storm system stayed totally over water. I quite frankly don't believe such a disparity happened naturally when it stayed totally over the ocean, drawing every bit of atmosphere directly off the water.

And it is awful presumptuous of someone to claim it is going to hit southern Florida as a cat 3 when some of the eye wall presently has practically no wind, and to top it all off, the entire thing, all the way out to the weakest winds on the outer edge, is only 120 miles across. Significant hurricanes can have eyes half that far across.
