In an interview, from which I once posted a now-lost direct quote, Gordon Duff stated that if he posted the intel he has 100% unadulterated, he would not be long for this world. He therefore mixes in a significant amount which is not true in order to not have an unfortunate accident. I believe he threw out a number like 40% for the chaff content. You have filter what he says to remove that which is illogical or inconsistent with the rest. For example, no one who wanted sensible regime change would want to cause the demise of our dear leader because that would make him a martyr. It is also notable that Duff generally has presented himself as having a soft spot for Obama, stating that he believes Obama himself is not naturally evil and is not the problem, only those who control him. One wonders how much of that stance is also part of the chaff.

So I would read his article as saying that he expects regime change in America, and that Obama would be out as President. As to whether there was a coup attempt against Putin, or whether it was white-hat conclaves with other BRICS members, or both, it is hard to judge. Certainly something was going on with Putin.
