Is There A Missing Biological Factor That May Be Causing Abnormal Health Issues Including Atypical Social Behaviors?

Ever since I can remember, I have wondered why the CDC/FDA and Big Pharma insist every vaccine is the CORRECT dosage, i.e., one size fits all, when, for years on end, children’s pharmacology research and studies were lagging behind adult research. Something just didn’t ‘gel’ for me. What was wrong?
Newer research contends it’s the neurotoxic and chemical ingredients in vaccines, while others point toward mitochondrial issues, as in the Hannah Poling case [1]. But still there was something that just didn’t ‘work’ despite the FDA’s not approving a probable accurate test—the PCR—which could make a difference between infants and toddlers being vaccine-damaged—or not.
The PCR, which I have written about a few times, is

Better still, PCR can indicate whether an infant’s or toddler’s immune system has certain ‘unknowns’ which could predict vaccine damage proclivities, especially indicating a proclivity toward mitochondrial issues. Not all humans are the same, even though we possess average biochemistry and physiology.
Infants can be born with various gene and chromosome anomalies, which no one in vaccinology seems to want to understand, therefore, a one size vaccine concept fits all with extremely few medical exemptions, which are listed on the CDC website!
However, a May 2015 research article sheds some new light on to the role of a liver enzyme, which can be missing and, therefore, problematic for infants and toddlers when that scientific fact is not known.
What’s involved is Cytochrome P450-2D6.
The dramatically interesting finding is that not all ethnicities or races are born with it!
There were alleles that led to a complete loss of CYP2D6 activity, which were common in the initially studied Caucasian populations [11]

that point to the fact various races have the probability of not being able to detoxify neurotoxins and chemicals administered at birth, and 2-4-6-month “well” baby visits, the most shattering physiological events for that age group, which can change a child’s lifetime into dealing with vaccine adverse reactions, i.e., Autism and the ASD, which now is rampaging through generation after generation of children. Autism has gone from one in 10,000 to 15,000 in the 1970s to one in 59, or 15 percent of the current U.S. population!
Since ASD is being ‘propagandized’ as an “environmental disease,” e.g., epigenetics, [the study of changes in organisms caused by modification of gene expression rather than alteration of the genetic code itself. Dictionary online], the CYP450-2D6 research indicates chemicals and drugs cannot be metabolized by those races without it! Aren’t vaccines mostly chemicals?
Can that “clue” be sufficient to fund more research regarding pre-testing of infants and toddlers so as to preclude mental, physical and biological abnormalities, along with exorbitant costs of life-time care and/or abnormal mental sociological problems, which affect society today, but have not been the case except since the push to vaccinate every living thing on the planet?
Here’s a hint pointing to what medical science may be missing:
Day by day the accumulation of a drug [Rx’s, vaccines/biologicals, or street drugs] that is wrongly prescribed because the individuals were not gene tested (GeneSight) and keep auto toxifcation ongoing, especially while using psychiatric [SSRI] medications they cannot tolerate because their liver basically cannot detoxify them. Shouldn’t those tests begin as early in life as possible, similar to Apgar testing, rather than administering a Hepatitis B vaccine [2] on the very first day of life?
Can CYP450-2D6 testing improve and humanize the use of chemotherapy for cancer patients?
Can the testing prevent mass murders, while preventing psychopaths from acting out?
What is there we have to lose?
