Of Course, Mike. I can't imagine too many people coming to a conclusion much further than this. Either extra terrestrial or extra-dimensional. Possibly both.
Much of this maritime law/Corp language is/was taken from teachings by Jordan Maxwell, who definitely believed in other world beginnings. Without his in depth research much of what others teach today would never have reached the levels it has.

If you have watched the videos that sonofthewind posted at https://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?read=128533 ,and which I have reposted here, it becomes very clear that governance of this planet is purely concerned with off world trade. Interstellar trade.
The open space between the gate and the elevated administrators corporate throne is just that. It is empty space above the Earth atmosphere. When you step into that space you are legally off planet and willingly subjecting yourself to an off planet jurisdiction. And that is what legal "experts" don't or won't get. The waters above (interstellar maritime jurisdiction above) is again mixed with the waters below (Earth maritime jurisdiction below) and the jurisdiction of land has been submerged. Atlantis again or Genesis again, however one might choose to view it.
Its all about money, subterfuge and sabotage on an interstellar level.
We have been visited and it hasn't been for our benefit.
