Russia and China have deployed new weapon systems either matching or surpassing comparable US weapon systems. The example of hypersonic missiles is particularly illustrative the US trails both countries. It is also noteworthy that both countries have achieved this on shoestring budgets, perhaps spending one dollar to accomplish what it takes 50 dollars for the US to accomplish. It must be concluded that the US is not now leading the cutting edge of military weapons development, that the weapons the US produces are not particularly reliable, and that due to corruption and greed the US weapons cost 10 to 100 times as much as comparable systems from other nations.
Granted there may be a few secret weapons that have been kept under wraps nevertheless America has lost its ability to compete for the future. This can be traced to the consequences of accepting the official story concerning the collapse of the buildings on 911 as true. If engineers that design weapon systems have such an inadequate understanding of the laws of nature as to buy into the official lie, then they are unable to understand the laws of nature well enough to innovate and invent new weapon systems. Being unable to calculate the properties of falling buildings correctly they are unable to make correct calculations for the design of new weapons. There is a reason Turkey and other nations are moving to buying the Russian S-400 and S-500 antimissile defense systems: they are superior to anything provided by the US and they are far cheaper.
Many American geopolitical calculations will come to ruin because of marching into conflict and war with inferior weapons. This is not entirely new; in WWI and WWII American GIs were frequently sent to war with inferior weapons due to corporate greed and incompetence but American had engineers who had good educations and could understand the laws of nature-eventually changes were made and the huge industrial base was harnessed. Modern conflicts are likely to be over in hours and incremental improvements will not have any meaning. Many surprises await Americans when they launch the next war.
