Basically This Says Everyone That Throws Aside Control by Government, Religion always goes to violence, extreme sexualism that includes violence and stays there; not growing or learning from the experience and therefore evolving. This seems wrong.

How about genetic tweaking how is it done? Often they use a bacterium as genetic scissors. Consider this and consider that Lyme and many of its coinfections which are often other bacteria could be used for this purpose.

It is one thing to alter something and than to bring it to life through birth. It won't know any different. Yet, to alter already living, functioning creatures is painful and will cause and does cause torment so that they wish to die but do not.

Where have we heard those words before?

Personally, I think we are an ongoing experiment and some genetic tinkerers are doing what they do, play with the genetics of life for their own entertainment as it were, learning, progressing in their way. JMO
