After a very long absence from RMN myself ... it dawned on me after returning that I hadn't seen any of your postings for sometime. This only occurred to me after seeing your postings again in the last few weeks? Were you absent from RMN for a spell ? Like me ...

Anywho ... after reading some of yer latest on the hollow Earth, I am still leaning towards the idea of hollow earth as a fantasy/pipedream, much like the flat Earth ideas. Just the physics of such a construct is hard to reconcile, given what we know as fact of the physics on the top/exterior portion of said hollow Earth. Not to mention, all this talk of it is mostly hearsay from books and journals with little to no REAL evidence with which to look at and make a reasonable/accurate judgement on the subject. It's a fantastic story to say the least and personally wouldn't bother me one bit if it were actually true AND wouldn't surprise me either.

After reading the latest from you, I had a thought ... you could get a really good gig writing scripts for a reboot of Hogan's Heroes where I'm thinking Von Runstedt would be like Colonel Hogan running an under ground railroad (so to speak) getting people out of harms way. But who would be Colonel Klink ? Who would play the part of Hollywoods notion of the dumbass German's who had no idea what was going on right under their noses at Stalag 13 ? And then their is Sgt. Schultz ... Eisenhower ? maybe ?

Another thought just popped into my head ... if the German's were welcome down under as well as the Americans and definitely NOT the Communist Russians (at that time)... why are there no stories about any Americans emigrating in large numbers down under ? say during or post WWII ? It almost seems like since the German's were going to lose big time, they were favored for some reason other than say for the reason that there were already Germanic peoples down there. The ones up top were pretty nasty types from what history writes about them ... why would THEY be welcome down there if they were bad asses ? From what I have read about life down there ... there is no war so why would makers/participants of war be welcomed ? See how some of this isn't adding up here ?

So I say reboot Hogan's Heroes with a little twist to it ...
