In addition to non-human the Powers That Be are non-native to the vessel Earth.

Kingship, King of Ship, was office sent down from the heavens to captain the Earth ship/vessel after it was salvaged upon being thrown off course of three-hundred sixty-day year onto course of three-hundred sixty-five day year. A captain operates with authority of king aboard his vessel. His word is Law.

With that occurrence (occult event) all contracts, of any sort, concerning the owner(of)ship and the captain(of)ship Earth were rendered null and void because those contracts were based on previously accepted time. The Earth was without native captain(of)ship long enough to meet legal condition of derelict. In the beginning was the Earth and the Earth became jurisdictionally null and void.

The vessel Earth is effectively under salvage (salvation) law which is Interstellar Maritime Law which normally is lawfully barred at high atmosphere mark just as Earth Maritime law is barred at high tide mark. Salvage supersedes bar.

If it is possible to prove dereliction by conspiracy to criminal action with intent to theft of Earth vessel under color of law, then it may be possible to regain native owner(of)ship through legal/lawful recourse.

If salvage of Earth vessel was by act of war then reinstatement of native owner(of)ship will necessarily be through application of unprincipled force.

It is, at this time, as it was before. The waters above (Interstellar Maritime Law) are mixed (corrupted) with the waters below (Earth-sea Maritime Law) and the Laws of Land are submerged in the corruption and of no effect.

When you pass through the administrative gate you are in Open Space with the Administrator enthroned above you and nothing under your feet. You are legally off planet by consent and you have no recourse to any planetary protections, legal or under law.

The truth is literally out there.
