M, I think you've got a real blind spot on all this. It's not about skin color, it's about the general impossibility of working out reparations regarding slavery in America in any practical and meaningful way. If you'd actually listened to what Larry Elder, who is not a white man, was saying you'd have gotten that point.

The other reparations examples you mention happened within a generation or two and the actual injured parties or their immediate heirs could be identified and 'made whole' monetarily. The directly injured parties where slavery is concerned are no longer with us - and if they were, we'd still have to sort out the matter of black owners of black slaves. Who, exactly, should pay the reparations in those cases?

The real blind spot, though, is in your apparent belief (and C's) that racism and 'white supremacy' were foisted upon us by ETs and are still running rampant in society today. In my opinion it is your tightly-held belief about that that is keeping racism alive to whatever degree it's still alive. As long as you keep feeding that belief you'll be left hopelessly waiting for someone (presumably white folks) to fix a problem that may not even be there to be fixed.

Meanwhile, you're proposing a form of reparations that really is segregation writ large, and with monetary support for a full generation (welfare writ large) - and you're proposing it for 12% of the American population, as though each and every one of them sees the situation the same way you do and would like the solution you're proposing, which is basically, "The Indians got reservations, we want one, too!"

Reparations in the form of Land and materials so that they can separate from the masses since they are only 12% of the population.

Their own economy and community separate from WHITES because WHITES have proven they can NEVER be fair in an integrated society until they have been COMPLETELY DEPROGRAMED From White Supremacy.

And for those IGNORANT of how OTHERS HAVE RECEIVED REPARATIONS (but they had no BLACK skin).... and that made it OK.
