This nonsense has gone on forever. Back in the 70's, 80's and 90's same darned thing. My late husband was a tech guy and a veteran with a lot of experience, top of his class, and he was told by DES that yes you would be qualified but these jobs are only for HB1 Visa people. He finally gave up looking. Every company said the same thing. This went on for decades so be sure to recall who all was in office then. More swamp maneuvers. This crap needs to END. It never should have happened to begin with and Americans cannot get hired period. No name/email.
