We just can't have nice things! I slept through a tornado on Saturday and then had some laughs about that when driving around later that evening at all the ugly poles being snapped in half. But then Sunday came and it was the same ol' same 'ol.

Felt it the entire weekend. Then Sunday night light a switch was turned on, I felt myself again. It felt like an internal attack on the core of who I REALLY am. Today I am balanced, clear, calm. It almost seems like there are ancient regressive powers that can stir up and exploit the body and emotions in a very negative way. I am very grateful the folks above helped me out.

After thinking about it some more, it felt like a spell.

Yes, but not just Saturday. Sunday and now Monday, lethargic to the tune of wanting to join sloths hanging upside down from trees. But seriously, I'm nowhere near myself and I think it started Friday. Blessings to you as well.

yes, that is how i felt on Saturday,
but Sunday, it was even stronger.
and it was obvious.
but today, monday, i feel normal.
i live in southwest washington state.
