Silent Dreams

Gentle eyes are gleaming
Mirrored in the dreaming
Of a life full of loving
All forgiven and forgotten

Fingers lightly moving
Across my face caressing
Words soft and soothing
To loving arms embracing

The memories of a wispy smile
Look of love lights up your eyes
Heads and hands touch in bliss
crying now for one last kiss

The look of loss in misty eyes
Matching sadness, a knowing smile
Holding on to one last breath
Fearing neither life or death

Gentle voices calling now
Pulling you, no way out
Comes around to all we know
In Gods grace you let it go

Fractured at the core
Splintered at the sides
Weeps in silent grief
There's no place to hide

Memories shifting moving
Old illusions confusing
Cant hold on to what means
Lost and alone in silent dreams

Their is no loss or gain
Only Shadows of the pain
That will carry me crying
For an old world dying

I see you standing
In dream time singing
Old souls are dancing
You bring a new beginning

Shining in the stars on high
Mirrored in the morning sky
Dancing in the silent breeze
Calls to me, come be free
