Obama Admin. Prepared To Bypass Supreme Court On Obamacare
While the Health and Human Services Administration is saying hit has no contingency plan regarding the King v. Burwell case going before the Supreme Court this week that could place the entirety of Obamacare’s future into jeopardy should the Court rule in favor of the plaintiffs, the same “we have no plan” position cannot be said of the Obama White House itself. Whispers are now circulating of a president hinting at yet another Executive Action to bypass any potential Supreme Court ruling that hinders the continued implementation of the still controversial and unpopular law.

Meanwhile, in other Obamacare lawsuit news, a lower court has let stand an administration ruling that Congress is a small business, so that the 12,000+ Congressional employees who signed up for Obamacare on D.C.'s 50-employee-or-less Obamacare exchange (95% of those signing on that exchange!) can keep their coverage:
