95% of the time I do my job here (yes a job) without any emotional attachment to the post itself. Our job is not to tell people how to react, only to inform (hopefully) adults who would make their own decisions. Occasionally my humanity kicks in and empathy comes to the fore, or anger.

Consult the United States Attorneys Manual if you are really serious about filing a criminal information. That will expose to you the barking dog and why no one listens to it.
My comment offered to open a dialogue to reach specific issues that have massive legal effect and fundamental political will expressed through the power of the people.

The response I received directed me to the government agencies your other works point out as being not only incompetent but corrupt.
