Jury nullification ability, is good, but this doesn't go far enough.

An unjust result could be determined if jurors had all the context that has led to the present event being considered. The courts limit the context for consideration. Legislation limits what is to be considered, for the benefit of maintaining the system's continued existence.

If they did not limit the context, the whole idea of being judged by an administrative body would collapse. The whole idea of government would collapse. Everyone and thing has played a part in the way things are, now. The court would find itself just as responsible as a murderer. After all government kills more than anyone, or thing ever has. But we don't want to look to deeply into why things are the way they are, do we?

This is the reason they would give to limit context, because they would claim, we wouldn't be able to do this court thingy. And they shouldn't be able to do it. People don't need a daddy government to tell them how to be. Nature already has remedies for role models, and conflict resolution.

People would cry out, civilized society requires we have government and courts to protect the little guy/gal!

No, we invented guns for that. But little old ladies, and the physically fragile, or the obscenely wealthy who have illegitimately acquired assets all over the world can't protect all those assets by themselves. So, they want government, the best money can buy, at taxpayers expense of course.

We don't have rule of law. That is an illusion, propaganda, lies.. Ignorant people will do anything to acquire a position within a brick and mortar hierarchical construct, and they have, a long time ago...

In the same way a god damn piece of paper will not protect your freedom, neither will rule of law.

In the same way gun laws don't protect law abiding citizens, neither will rule of law.

People protect themselves and their own...
