I agree with your comment. Don't get me wrong.

Those in the natural remedy community should clearly state that their solutions do not work for every one. I have tried many super fix alls going back to the remedy of eating Blue-green algae. I have used Kratom and CBD oil recently. I had to eat a fist full of maximum dose kraton with little effect. CBD oil did nothing but make a big dent in my wallet.

I will lay most of the blame on the vaccines I got in the late '50s and now I have more complications from those shots and all the garbage additives in the food and environment. Yes, we continue to cook from scratch as that was the way we grew up but many times processed foods are unavoidable.

I would just like to read within the health food industry that their natural alternatives for health do not work for every one.
I have no issues with giving such alternatives a try. I continue to do those 8 things and they may help me live a little longer so I can continue to pay confiscatory taxes to the Ruling Class masters.
