Sorry to hear of your connection problems. A good and fast connection is essential these days with so much multimedia content all over the place.

And with internet companies endlessly merging into ever larger corporate conglomerates (e.g. pending merger of Comcast and Time-Warner) consumers are at the mercy of what are, essentially, monopolies.

For example Comcast has gained the dubious distinction of being one of the world's most hated companies!
