Fasting is awesome, and sucks, but...it has "miracle" benefits" (and a thank you to Basil for bringing it up)

Been on a 3 day no water, no food (plenty of air) FAST. Been on a 11 day water fast. Wife, bro. in law did 40 and 41 day fasts on water. They still got older, but WOW...healthier, and there are DEFINITELY "SPIRITUAL" benefits.

Here's a lady's take on her 40 day lemon fast. LOTS of folks have done 40 and more days. Just don't ask your, dead doctors don't lie, about it.

My wife got blood poisoning recently (not related to fasting...that she did long ago). Admitted to hospital for 3 days. Told extremely fat doctor that she was just going to drink water while there. He went nuts. Probably wanted her to eat Twinkies so he could bum one off her, ...anyway who, ha...she did what she knows is good for her. I mean....even dogs won't eat if they're sick. Fasting is as old as people, in the history of all spiritual histories, and yes, it can be hard, but most things that are really good for you are hard. It's a short video, worth it. nem
