The big surprise for me is that apparently John Lear is banned from Wikipedia altogether!

Jorden Maxwell is also not in Wiki but if you look at his site (which I have linked) you might guess why (gaudy sensationism).

But certainly John Lear had enough accomplishments aside from conspiracy topics to warrant an entry.

I found a clue here in an old ATS (Above Top Secret) posting which seems to be a rejection notice from when someone attempted to re-createa John Lear entry which had already been deleted. (And there are stories floating around out there the John Lear had also been banned from ATS itself. Not sure about that).

Another ATS post also discuses the deletion of John Lear from Wikipedia, and I supposed there are more.

So I have linked John Lear to a page called "The Living Moon" which seems to have a lot of info as well as links to old ATS threads.

I don't know why Wikipedia refuses to have a page for John Lear but TheLivingMoon page shows possible reasons such as involvement in 911 truth issues, involvement in UFO disclosure movements, being at odds with NASA, and unconventional ideas about almost everything.
