When you read this article carefully, there's more than just theft going on here.

ATM machines in Kiev Ukraine, were dispensing free cash randomly to people without anyone using their cards or pushing any buttons.

Does that sound like a thief to you? If so, then they aren't doing very well by giving it away to anyone rather then keeping it for themselves.

I suspect this article is placing some people with others that are not really part of a large world wide theft ring.

Because some of these thieves are the biggest Robin Hood's on the planet.
