"The times they are a-changin' ", where 'yesterdays' lyrics are contemporary today. The times a changing are understandable by most contemporary, as the new road is understood to make a confusion and criticism with the elders, with the new cultures a coming. Just like in the old days past, the same principles are in mind today.

But, 'this' new way coming is up against the present system of crime and addiction, and this systems ability to fight, is cursed with the fight against the 'intelligence' of this.........new way.
Then comes the 'new principles' of the old way, so as to confuse the 'new principles' as the new way.
Then the confusion becomes great, as the who is doing what with who becomes critical, dividing the masses and not just confusing the elders.
As the wheels start spinning, thus comes the 'intelligence', with the likes of Trump and Putin in 'front', to 'guide' the new way.
