Several years ago another judge was sentenced for the same thing. Then this may be the same judge and justice was delayed. It is my understanding that all Judges are invested in the for profit penal system. Penal bonds are issued for each "Case" that become mature upon prisoner release.

Courts are an extension of the Banking industry.
