Note that Mike Adams corrected his mispronunciation of David's name. Luciferian is how the word used to describe those who have beliefs that honor a character named Lucifer is usually spelled.
This subject of what is going on with Gaia TV and who may be behind it is rather complex and I can't say I've formed a conclusion about what agendas are at work. Regina Meredith had an enterprise called Conscious Media Network where she interviewed lots of people in the new age, alternative research, and holistic wellness fields - and she signed on with Gaia to bring her material into their network as Gaia aggressively sought to acquire as much content as possible in these fields. While Gaia had lots of money to market and increase the audience for all this video content they also were poised to monopolize control of content from researchers in key areas. Patty Greer has spoken out about them suppressing her crop circle videos after acquiring them and she also claims she and others have been hit with directed energy weapons and monitored by agency spooks as a result of resisting being controlled. William Henry rejected their effort to sign him on and have control over his research. Kerry Cassidy at Project Camelot also rejected an offer to host a show there since she wouldn't have editorial control over it.
Emery Smith has confirmed the leaked letter from David is genuine but was shared without his consent. Looking at the background of the Billionaire executive of Gaia brings up some curious matters - such as his past financing of controversial spiritual teacher Drunvalo Melchizedek (who is reported to have major personality splitting and to plagiarize the work of others and tell false and exaggerated stories). Drunvalo and Dan Winter, who both speak a lot about ETs, sacred geometry, and secret history, were involved years ago with channeling Lucifer when they were hanging out with the founder of Gaia TV (CEO of Gaiam, Jirka Rysavy). The group of them reportedly tried to gang up and bully Stan Tenen, who discovered geometric properties of the Hebrew letters and sued Dan Winter when Dan and Drunvalo were using and distorting his discoveries in their workshops. Stan won the lawsuit
Not everyone who channels fallen angels or ETs is personally practicing the dark arts, and not everyone who explores Luciferian philosophies or gnostic ideas is living an amoral or immoral life. Regarding the Gaia shows that discuss the occult idea of Lucifer representing the god being who wanted to educate and liberate humans and the god of the Bible being an oppressive being - my own view is that this may represent competing propaganda stories passed down about a conflict between ET factions or ET royal family members over how to manage the human beings and genetic experiments on Earth. Thus, none of these "god" characters that are depicted speaking to or with humans are the God of Creation or the Spiritual Source. The concept of the Spiritual Creator and Creative Source got mixed up with the stories of the ET beings who were genetically manipulating human and animal species. The name "God" is used in texts to refer to both contexts and people fail to differentiate which context is which. In my understanding Light and Dark polarities of energy and consciousness are aspects of Creation and not confined to or originating from a particular personality or named being. Thus, I think the followers of the mainstream religions and the Luciferian cults each follow their own brand of confusion. We each have our own path of seeking truth and following various distractions along the way, I don't wish to condemn or convince anyone, just to share what I have learned or come to understand.
I've discussed the background of the Gaia TV controversy in a video.

: from variety: David Wilcock leaving GAIA over LUCIFARIAN
: agenda
: VIDEO: (Natural News) According to numerous media reports and
: a leaked email, David Wilcock of DivineCosmos.com is
: leaving GAIA TV over some rather sharp disagreements,
: including what Wilcock describes as a “Luciferian” agenda
: involving the GAIA show called Ancient Civilizations.
: In the REAL.video video below, I offer a detailed analysis of
: David Wilcock’s complaints against GAIA, along with some
: kind words about Wilcock’s overall work (and his interest
: in awakening humanity to many topics). We’ve never covered
: David Wilcock before, but he’s been an influential
: lecturer, speaker and filmmaker on many topics of interest
: to curious minds.
: I don’t have any particular beef with GAIA, by the way, and in
: fact I filmed 12 episodes with GAIA TV several years ago,
: working with Ed Group. I was treated very kindly and fairly
: and have no personal complaints whatsoever against GAIA. I
: didn’t continue filming with them simply because I got busy
: with other projects, and their “GAIA TV” launch was still
: in its early stages, without much viewership at that time.
: Because of the volatile nature of the subject matter here, I’m
: inviting GAIA TV as well as David Wilcock to reply to
: Natural News, if they wish, with any clarifying statements
: or videos they’d like to make public. I’m also inviting
: David Wilcock to launch a channel on REAL.video and post
: whatever videos he’s like to get out to the public, free
: from the censorship of YouTube and the contractual controls
: of GAIA (or anyone else).
