There is a massive inconsistency with Abadi, on this RV for the past 6 months

For the past 6 months Abadi has tried to consistently trigger this RV, right? Not just once here or there but dozens upon dozens of times just in the last half year of 2014 alone.

We all heard it in these TNT calls, week after week, month after month, Abadi trying to push this RV through and every single time he tried he was either stopped, stalled or shut down.

And yet here we are for the past 4 to 5 weeks where (we are told), that Abadi is supposed to be in control of this RV, right?

And yet, still no RV?

How can a man be so consistent in trying to push an RV through for so long and then go completely into a 180 degrees opposite direction?

Who does that make sense to? How does consistent behaviour go in one direction and then go into the completely opposite direction without any explanation?

No one is asking questions about this huge discrepancy in Abadi behaviour.

But something did come up in today's TNT call that may shed some light on that matter. Tony and DC both talked about how the US once again "asked" for a temporary stalling of the "window" of time? In which Abadi obliged.

So does Abadi really have control in this RV event, or does it just look like he does on the surface?

And lets be honest about this "request" by the USA because there is no RV time clock ticking away. All we currently have is a "possible window" of time that an RV "might" be triggered in, right?

That's all we've been given by Tony and DC for months, even years right? Not an actual RV event but a "window of opportunity" for a "possible" RV event.

So what would be the purpose for the US to request for a "stoppage" if there really isn't any real RV happening to stop?

Perhaps just to make things "appear" as something that it is not.

Abadi has had over a month to trigger this RV and I think you need to ask yourself the question given he has tried so many times before.

Why hasn't he? What is it that's really stopping him from pushing this RV through?

Abadi announced in Germany that the Iraqi 2015 budget was done and finished. So what? We've been hearing that for over a month and that still hasn't given us an actual RV, has it?

It just sounds like more regurgitation of the same thing over and over again. Just another tactic to stall. But stall for what?

Stalling to perhaps cover up the fact that Abadi never had any real say in triggering this RV to begin with and still has none.

So then, who is really in control of this RV and why are they stalling it?
