In my previous report, analyzing the effort by Faction 1 to open a new battlefront in order to get William Jefferson Caligula elected (again), I did not discuss the front-page headlines of the Weekly World News, because they require a "set up" for those who do not know who Edgar Cayce, the Sleeping Prophet, was.

UFO fleet lands in Birmingham, Alabama!

Brain flue wipes out 3 million this summer!

Those are the main sub-headers on the front page of the W.W. News for June 26th, 2001. The gist of the article was that Edgar Cayce, the fundamentalist Baptist, and a photographer, also known as the Sleeping Prophet, gave a series of readings to a special friend of his right before his death in 1945. These have supposedly been assembled into a new book entitled "The Deathbed Prophecies of Edgar Cayce." It has supposedly been published in France but has also been banned in forty-plus countries.

2001 is going to be a very, very busy time, if the predictions in this book are correct: A Jr. News Agent posted some things on the heavy rains which pelted the southeastern U.S. as "Allison" meandered around for 11 days -- the first tropical storm that has ever lasted longer than a week, at least in my memory -- and which changed directions several times. Here is a section of the quote from the Jr. News Agent:

"Weird outbreaks of Meningitis have sprung up in various parts in the state, killing several and early in the year a couple of people died of some little know brain virus that is said to be caused by a bacteria so deadly that even an autoclave can't kill it."

First, let us ignore the fact that a virus is not a bacteria, and write that off as an enthusiastic error -- a virus is smaller than bacteria; and a virus can be attached to or be a part of a bacterium. Meningitis has different "vectors" but it is always a bacteriological event. It usually inflames the spinal cord and it may affect the brain. If there is a new form of meningitis which also carries a viral attack module, that would be a very, very significant development (and not a good one).

Here is the quote from David J. Pecker's Weekly World News --

"A horrifying and bizarre 'brain flu' sickens and kills 3 million people worldwide, in, as Cayce put it, 'the terrible, terrible summer of 2001.'"

Further --

"A fleet of UFO's will land in Birmingham, Alabama, to issue an ultimatum to all mankind: live in peace or die."

In a previously published article, one of Pecker's weekly tabloid newspapers referenced this supposed book on Edgar Cayce. It said that Cayce's trance-state visions included an explanation that a near-by star had a planet which was a prison for demons and for lost human souls. These demons and lost souls were not UFO's but did resemble them.
