Yes that's right. A huge fleet of alien space vessels has been spotted heading towards the earth. What's more they've signalled their intention to invade this planet and enslave its populace. In response world leaders have gathered and voted unanimously to submit to their authority of one main leader who will lead the fight against the alien intruders. Leaders have unanimously voted David Rockefeller for this post, in effect the first ever World President. The former U.S. Vice President has in turn named various individuals and institutions to who he will delegate authority in key areas; the Royal House of Windsor in England, the Rothschild family in Europe and the Warburg banking dynasty in Canada.

In addition a single world army will be formed to fight the alien menace by putting the world's various commands under one global military authority. Anyone refusing to cooperate with the new global authority will be viewed as an alien sympathiser and treated accordingly. This includes Christian fundamentalists, Muslims and Jews who refuse to acknowledge the authority of the world government in this hour of crisis. All the aforementioned will be held in special detention centres until further notice, along with patriots and anyone else who refuses to cooperate with the authorities.

Finally David Icke, who has spoken prophetically about just such an alien menace, admitted that although he was wrong about some things he was right about the aliens. Over twelve foot tall and reptilian in appearance the so-called Reptiods are said to have an insatiable appetite for human flesh and blood.
