THE TYRANT AS CRIMINAL

"The criminal is present in all societies (certainly in oligarchy and democracy)," writes Desmond Lee, the translator of Plato's Republic (Penguin, 1974), "but in tyranny he has come into his own, and society is run by its criminal elements with the arch-criminal in charge."

Does this description accurately convey the rotten fruit, the seditious corruptions of the now-lapsed Clinton Administration? Can a genuine tyrant -- as opposed to a planned Tyranny -- rise from what are truly democratic origins? And who is he?

"The tyrant is essentially what we should call a criminal type," writes Desmond Lee (1908-1993). Plato, he says, noted "the similarity of the tyrant and the criminal, who are said to combine the characteristics of drunkard, sex-maniac, and madman. The tyrant, with his 'master passion,' is barely sane, and his life is one of criminal indulgence."

"The tyrant needs followers, of course, and at a fairly early stage in his career he secures a 'personal bodyguard', a private army bound to him by ties of common interest and guilt. But the basis of his power is a personal one; he is the Leader ...."

Every reader of Rumor Mill News is, by now, familiar with the slow rise -- and then meteoric ascension to power -- of one William Jefferson Big Creep. Born in Hope and crafted in Hot Springs -- he was educated at Georgetown, Cambridge, and Yale University's School of Law. Having been elected the Governor of Arkansas, he was able to assemble his private army out of the bureaucracy of that poor State, now obviously revealed as the personal fiefdom of the Rockefellers. Much more cleverly, Bill Clinton assembled for himself a personal bodyguard recruited from the ranks of the Hollywood aristocracy, the establishment media of New York and Washington, and all of it financed with the grudging co-operation of those liberal-minded captains of finance called, collectively, "Wall Street."

Now that Clinton's personal bodyguard has been twice-decimated by rejections, defections, and a slow-moving kind of cultural amnesia, the careful analyst can begin to assemble the clues and the indicators that will explain what, exactly, this society has been transformed into since the end of the Reagan era. It is now possible to 'walk the cat backwards' and to determine what has been done to the people of this once-free union of sovereign States, with the monies and labors they, themselves, have given.

"Tyranny has a peculiar self-destructiveness. The tyrant can brook no rival," said Desmond Lee of Plato's Republic. There is much truth in that assertion, as has been illustrated by the stories of investigative journalist Sherman Skolnick, and by those who have sought the truth in the murders of Vincent W. Foster, Ron Brown, Barbara Wise and Mary C. Mahony. Skolnick is the one who has written of the several attempts against the life of Albert S. Gore, Jr., probably engineered by Bill Clinton.

"Plato describes tyranny as arising out of the chaos and dissension into which democracy degenerates;" said Lee. Of course there are other ways in which tyrants seize power, but as the free republican United States are slowed dissolved by the acid reign of Presidential democracy, this is the form with which the careful analyst must work and be concerned. Democracy provides the greatest amount of personal freedom and yet it is this "permissiveness," says Lee, which is a greater threat to Liberty: "it takes the form of a struggle between rich and poor which finally degenerates into class-war."

THE ORIGIN OF TIMARCHY AND THE X-FILES

"Inside the intelligence community there are so-called 'black organizations,' groups within groups conducting covert activities unknown at the highest levels of power," says the character 'Deep Throat,' in the finale [1-X-23] of the first year of "The X-Files," the popular television series developed by Chris Carter for the Fox Network.

Played with superb timing and aplomb by the veteran character actor, Jerry Hardin, 'Deep Throat' appears in several of the best episodes of this debut season for the X-Files. In the first-season finale, aired May 13th, 1994, FBI Agent Fox Mulder is awakened from a nap by a telephone call from Hardin's character, who is a shadowy figure in one of these groups within groups, but one who has a conscience. Entitled "The Ehrlenmeyer Flask," the story line concerns the escape of a human being who has been transformed into an "alien-human" hybrid by the use of a virus inserted into a bacteria, or "gene therapy."

This was pretty heady stuff for 1994 and as a theme, it surely contributed to the cult following the X-Files have established; and, it has been revisited and reinforced in the most recent episodes (aired in April of 2001). Like these recent shows, the action in "The Ehrlenmeyer Flask" demonstrates that these black operations are conducted by men who are devoid of all normal scruples and conscience. These groups within groups are elite, secretive, and form a kind of military aristocracy within the United States. They kill their enemies within impunity.

Speaking of "The Ehrlenmeyer Flask," director R. W. Goodwin said that this particular show "was the best script by far ... and the most incredibly difficult." Series creator Chris Carter wrote this episode himself and stated, explicitly, that it was the product of "a year-long learning experience."

Carter noted, in the interview which has been released with all of the first season shows on DVD, that the story of using gene therapy to create "alien-human hybrids" established a mythology about what the government is up to, "how they may be in cahoots with the aliens." In this episode, the FBI is seen as being caught in the middle of a conflict between secret, rival, factions!! But by far, the most chilling lines spoken by Jerry Hardin's 'Deep Throat' character are tossed out almost as an aside, as he describes what has happened to the six terminally-ill humans treated with the 'alien' gene therapy.

"We've had the tissue since 1947, but not the technology ...."

Fox Mulder [David Duchovny] says in reply, since Roswell?

"Roswell was a smokescreen. We've had half-a-dozen better salvage operations." And 'Deep Throat' then tosses out the ringer, that the salvaging of alien bodies and technologies has been directed from a center in Los Alamos, New Mexico! That surely must give new meaning and new importance to the inter-lock of Chinese espionage -- as subsidized by the Clintonista team -- and the burning of so many homes in Los Alamos after the Wen Ho Lee case became such a huge embarrassment. Thus does the fiction of 1994 intersect with our most recent events.

'Deep Throat' is assassinated by a member of a secret group after engineering the safe return of Fox Mulder, who is beaten and kidnapped in the course of "The Ehrlenmeyer Flask." In this way the physician, Dana Scully [Gillian Anderson] is made aware of the nature of the brutal struggle going on in secret. Available on DVD, the episode is highly entertaining as well as being truly troubling: Anne de Salvo is luminous in a small role as a biologist who isolates the virus-laden bacteria.

The most recent episodes of the X-Files have seen the discovery of a seemingly-dead Fox Mulder, who was abducted by ?? and either tortured or painfully examined -- pronounced dead, buried, and then exhumed -- and brought back to life. The second part of the episodes which tell this story is yet another incredibly violent story. But in this show, aired April 8th, it is revealed that U.S. Census bureau figures are being collected, ostensibly to help a secretive group find and target certain individuals for abduction, and 'hybridization.' Furthermore, the show's producers are clearly and unequivocally stating, in their fictional tales, that alien-human hybrids are not only walking among us, they are manipulating the levers and pulleys of power in these secret groups-within-groups.

TIMARCHY DEFINED

"The type of society which Plato calls Timarchy is one which has no real parallel in modern experience, because it is, as he explicitly tells us, a sketch of the essential features of Spartan society." That might have been true, when Desmond Lee authored his "Translator's Introduction" to the Revised Edition of The Republic, in 1974. But the fictional tales presented in the X-Files reveal that the secret groups-within-groups have been busy constructing their own Timarchy over fifty years' time.

"The Spartans were," writes Lee, "a military aristocracy living among a subject population, the 'helots'.

"Each year the magistrates declared war on them, so that to kill a Helot was an act of war and not of murder; and the Spartan secret police watched constantly for disaffection and killed mercilessly when they found it." Shades of Waco -- and of Philadelphia before it (MOVE). There the police killed the disaffected most brutally, and then it was broadcast on TV.

"It was largely because they were a minority living thus in a subject population, which they always feared would revolt and which on several occasions did, that the Spartans followed their peculiar way of life. They were a military caste, in which the individual was rigidly subordinated to the community." Lee notes that Plato describes the Spartans as being prohibited from accumulating wealth.

"The individual was entirely lost in the State: he had no life, no problems of his own." That, in summary, is a description of the alien pod-creatures who replace the human residents of Santa Mira -- in the original "Invasion of the Body Snatchers [1956]."

The careful analyst must now calculate on these facts of the X-Files as being just nominally ficton: and if, in considering them, the analyst agrees that all mass media entertainments in the United States and Great Britain (at least since, approximately, 1947), represent the world-views of one secret faction or another -- the question redounds -- what is the purpose of this propaganda? Which faction? Why now?

Having its origin in the "Congregatio de propaganda fides" as established by Pope Gregory the XV (d. 1623), the very word known as propaganda has been used in English since about 1718. There is no specific evil intent invested in the word itself, as propaganda is the use of "ideas, facts or allegations spread deliberately to further one's cause". The purposes of those who use and employ propaganda must be ascertained and analyzed, and that requires defining and understanding motives and ambitions.

FEDERAL TIMARCHY ON THE PROWL

There can be little doubt that the United States of America, in whatever form it now exists, has its roots in the ratifications of Conventions of Delegates of the People. It was created by the Constitution enacted by those bodies, which were themselves drawn up by lawful action of the sovereign States which signed the Articles of Confederation. The Presidential democracy which has been unlawfully installed over the top of that free and democratic republican model, has frayed badly and was revealed to be woefully inadequate in 2000 A.D. Only the intervention of the Supreme Court -- usurping the rights of the sovereign Legislature of Florida (which wasn't even necessary!) -- made the election fiasco of 2000 a moot issue.

The present form of the government is a Timarchy.

The intelligence agencies which have spawned these groups-within-groups, these black operations which are paid for by taxes taken from or extorted from the people of the States, were not created to be military aristocracies. If they have evolved into them on their own, it has been done either by design or by happenstance.

The military/civilian Timarchs are a minority within the larger community of the federal government's employee base. They are a distinct minority within the boundaries of the populated States, District of Columbia, Territories and Puerto Rico; by the use of the fraudulent Fourteenth Amendment, and by the imposition of a distinctly false personal income tax, the federal authorities have made 'subject citizens' of a once-free and sovereign people.

"Democratic government is weak government, which plays on the weaknesses of the common man instead of giving him the leadership he needs;" writes Lee of Plato's Republic, "and it is liable to degenerate into a bitter class-struggle between haves and have-nots."

Lee explains what Plato understood, and what occurs again and again in the themes and discussions of The Republic: "disunity, incompetence, and violence" are the three great threats that are sure to arise under any democracy, and these are the elements that the petit-autocrats of the Clinton years have created.

The looming crisis in electrical power is the step-child of the Democratic Party's control of law-making in California, and to a lesser extent, in Oregon and Washington State: it is the very definition of INCOMPETENCE. The racial bear-baiting and the blatant manipulation of honest Americans who are, in whole or part, of African origin, is the very definition of DISUNITY.

The fictional violence portrayed in the X-Files has been played out in real life again and again since the on-set of the Gulf War, and it only increased with time as the bloody events of Philadelphia, Ruby Ridge, Waco and Oklahoma City attest -- and add to that the unsolved murders of our citizens both great (like Ron Brown and Jeremy "Mike" Boorda), and small (like Brown's secretary at Commerce, Barbara Wise, and the other White House intern with "M" in her name -- Mary Caity Mahony). What do these real deaths signify, when no one seems to care about it?

What weapons and what powers in the earth have the factions inside of the federal intelligence community assembled, that we do not know of? We do know this -- the Timarchy of the New World Order and the banking class which supports it are such a small minority, that they fear, loathe and detest the idea that armed citizens still abound in the States at large! Whether they are men who are using the mythologies of UFO/Alien contacts to 'disinform' the people, or whether there really are 'alien-human hybrids,' Pod Creatures, Homo Reptilicus Sapiens, or whatever -- they fear the fully-armed citizen as much as they fear the fully-informed electorate.

THE TIMARCHY AND THE OCCULT

Plato believed that there was a life after death, and that what the individual person did while living affected -- directly -- that which they would experience in this after-life. This is apparently well-illustrated in his essay "Phaedrus." What bearing this has on the current struggle for Liberty, for the freedom that republican States might continue to enjoy in their lawful union -- is for another News Agent to decide.

As a student of American history and culture, having studied at Yale University in those same years when Bill and Hillary Rodham Clinton were first on campus, I believe I have a unique view of the cautionary fictions of the X-Files, and of movies like Invasion of the Body Snatchers. As a patriot and a republican, I stand for life, liberty, and for intellectual property -- including the right to think one's own thoughts, to think them freely, to be free of false messaging and subtle or overt forms of mind control, and to write, speak and publish those thoughts.

The secret code in the April 8th episode of the X-Files, the one that unlocked the data base and revealed the accumulations of information being assembled on citizens who were to be abducted, was a simple phrase: Fight The Future.

The Timarchy has established its powers in contravention of law and our customs: if it is employing occult techniques to bid up its price, then that makes it even more loathsome and anti-human.

Shape the Future, that is what I am saying: take it to them -- Fight The Timarchy and dispossess them of their secretive military aristocracy, based as it is on emoluments from foreign Powers (Lippo Group), and long-prohibited Titles of Honor.

There are those who seem to advocate just "relaxing" which means not feeding the power of the New World Order by fighting back against their unlawful Timarchy. Is that really what is being proposed? What is the difference between that and slavery?

That is what it seems to me, and while I do not doubt their sincerity I question their tactics. Are we no longer free men? Free women? Have the struggles of a hundred generations been jettisoned for the sake of Nintendo and a nice car?

Whatever must free men do to remain good and true? Whatever must good men do to remain free and truthful? This is what I seek to know, and those are the things I seek to do. I don't have all the answers. In fact, all I have are these questions.
