All is frequency -- The current generation of frequency weapons is much more sophisticated than "large sound tubes". Beams can be modulated at the desired frequency within a multiplexed carrier, thus the requirement of large antenna array for mobile/"local" use is not necessary.

HAARP on the other hand is capable of affecting larger target areas at any point on the globe with the transmitter being located at a fixed location. HAARP is but one such facility.

If the "list" returns to a respectable size the electromagnetic information will acquire it's own "space" on the page once again. -- It has long been difficult to activate interest in the general populous in this subject. I credit the lack of interest to a general unknowing about the mechanics which are involved. It does require a "little work" to have a basic understanding of frequency and effect within the realm of existence, but it is not that difficult.

I believe that "Frequcy Weapons" are the unseen weapon of choice for the future controllers of this planet. -- The longer period of time they can conceal the existence of such devices from the masses, the more entrenched those devices become and the more difficult it will be to escape their effects.
