Yes, but isn't this just usury? Interest? Funny Money? And why SHOULDN'T SOMEONE HAVE TO TAKE A LOSS? The American People certainly have been taking one for a long time: We have lost GOOD GOVERNMENT. WE MAY have never had it, but that doesn't excuse the OBLIGATION the Politicians had to PROVIDE it. Even if they had simply "DONE NO HARM" we would have muddled through on our own, but to import drugs, kill our children, terrorize us and enslave us is HARDLY 'Doing No Harm'.

BESIDES, IF WORSE COMES TO WORSE: It was bankruptcy that got us into this mess...Bankruptcy can just get us out! Won't work, you say? Won't matter, I say...because we're still talking about staying stuck in the Cocoon. Its usefulness to us is OVER. That is why so many of us are anxious to get on with the final phase: Mother Earth is moving and the Energy is changing. And like it or not, WE are being born. All we are seeing are the birth pangs. But you can't experience it OUT THERE staring through the prison bars! You have to turn AROUND to discover that there YOU ARE ALREADY COMPLETELY FREE! Nothing at your back, but PURE UNADULTERATED SOURCE!
