: Cont.----With the resumption of the rule of international
: money power finally acomplished in their new found
: conquest,-Sparta, one of the most outstanding of all
: sicknesses rotting the fibre of their racial morale,-was
: the tale of the Homoio, who seemed to have fallen in the
: social scale & were no longer able to take their places
: in the Great Messes, the "Sysstiones,-the breeding
: places of that 'Esprit de Corps that was Sparta.
: Scholars give various reasons for those
: "Dissenfranchised" Spartans apparently known as
: the 'Hypomeines. The reasons for their coming to be is
: however more than clear. They are the direct result of the
: power to discriminate, which is the natural outcome in
: favor of the banker, of that actual god-power he exercises
: once installed as local money-creator.
: After the battle of Leuctra in 371 B.C., the established
: bankers following usual policy, would have taken care that
: certain families, who this caste of men instinctively
: realized might yet create opposition to them, were
: dispossessed by one means or another. With that banker
: created money as being now the necessary qualification for
: membership to the "Syssitiones,"-it was a small
: matter to make sure that such persons whose
: dissenfranchisement they planned, never had enough.

: Clearly in such later day, the sysstiones or mess charges,
: being assessed in silver money, whose issue the bankers
: controlled those to whom such alien bankers extended
: favors, & therefore ultimately disspossed through
: mortgage & foreclosure, nnt having any longer the
: wherewithall to-pay, no longer belonged Later.---

Conc.--Further, seeing their former helots raised up in place & honor & riches by bankers created wealth, & certainly by the reign of King Cleomenes III (228- 219 B.C.,) actual sitting in their place in the Sysstione,-little desire to retrieve such a distinctincly lost cause remained.
Needless to say even in the days of the National currency,-(as in (Gen. Ch. 47,-when Agent Provacateur Joseph administered over the failed National Currency of Egypt,)-there must have been tendency toward economic inequality resulting from such ommision, but the rapid increase of such economic inequality after the return of the bankers, that certainly followed the Great Pelopenesian War, additional to furthering the breakup of the Caste System, that previously had obtained in Sparta in some degree, & wherein each man had known his place in the order of sociey, also caused a further breakup in the natural order of life of Spartan men as master of home & family.
In that Spartan society wherein women had always known considerable freedom reletive, say, to their Athernian sisters, the control of wealth however designated, passed substantially into the hands of women. concern for the growth of 'Money,"-no doubt, just as in this day & age, replaced care for their men, & concern for themmselves as mothers of the race, & concern for the growth of their children.
In such society the stratum of wealthy women have no respect for men as such, too often. while perhaps not classified as heterae, who all said & done, had served some useful purpose to men, they clearly lived public lives very much the same as the heterae.
Such women, their heads full of figures & pride would have served most usefully those alien money powers who ever have sought to further their purposes through corrupt & maleable persons....Women rarely corrupt,-in the sense men corrupt, because of their natural need to be sheltered behind what seems to be strength,-as arrogant money-power would appear to them,-are maleable persons...Their own Spartan men , either dead, & if not dead, completely confused with the new liberalization program of the returned banker, were virtually enslaved; therefor they turned for the protection they needed to what appeared to be the new strength. pudgy & gross though it might have been.
Today all seems to be the same, as Fraudulent Money has returned to "Their" nurtured U.S.A., for our eventual return to the dust with the same polluted world from all the blessing's that has preceeded us. But what then will prevail, but that sought after ever since in the beginning it all began, with the covenant Blessing effected from the,-(can we call it human genious,)-since God never told how it should be accomplished, with the Set-hites in full control of that which has been Subdued?
